Interested in leadership? You might like my monthly letter.
I have spent twenty-five years in mission-driven work and worked in more than fifty countries. The thing I keep hearing from leaders, across sector, is the same for everyone. There is a gap between how a leader thinks their leadership lands and how it is actually experienced. Nobody tells you. You are the last to know.
So once a month I write about what I see and hear from the leader I have been and the leaders I work with. Call it a leadership newsletter, though it reads more like a letter.
Every letter is one of these:
- Something I noticed, usually in a room I was in.
- Something I got wrong, because that is where the useful part lives.
- One thing worth trying before the next letter arrives.
Helpful observations and personal stories. One email, the third Wednesday of the month, and a link at the bottom to leave if it stops being worth your time.
En route, but aren’t we all.
