Decision Diagnosis

A focused pause to help you decide what to try next and see what it actually changes.

The Decision Diagnosis is a short engagement for leaders who want to slow one live situation down in the middle of real work and make a clear adjustment.

If we’ve spoken already, this is the step we discussed when one leadership situation kept resurfacing and was unlikely to resolve on its own.

This work supports leaders who feel a situation returning and know that thinking it through is no longer enough.

A structured pause, not a program

This isn’t coaching.
It isn’t consulting.
It’s a structured stopover.

We slow one live leadership situation down, name what’s shaping it, and agree on one practical adjustment you can test in the real world.

You leave knowing what to try next, and how to tell, in real conditions, whether it is actually working.

What this looks like

The Decision Diagnosis begins with a 90-minute working session focused on one meaningful leadership situation you are navigating. Using your audit results and your story, we clarify what’s shaping the situation, name the trade-offs you’re stuck inside, and choose one adjustment worth testing. This keeps the issue from getting buried again once the week fills up.

About three weeks later, we reconnect for a 45-minute Decision Stewardship check-in.

By then, you’ve lived with the adjustment long enough to see what it changed. We look at what held and what didn’t, notice what the decision revealed, and make a small correction if needed.

What you leave with

You leave having made one clear leadership adjustment and having seen what it actually changes.
This is not ongoing coaching or a long-term commitment. It is a focused leadership decision that respects your time and attention.
This is a good next step if:
  – One situation keeps resurfacing.
  – Insight has not been the only issue
  – You want to try something concrete instead of carrying it alone.
