Mark is an accomplished executive leader with a specialization in sustainable community development strategies that effectively bring together diverse sectors such as businesses, non-profits, academic institutions, and governments.

With over 25 years of experience as an executive director, consultant, and international development expert, he has successfully led the design/implementation of numerous strategic initiatives and navigated significant organizational transition.

Mark is a driven and results-oriented leader who is dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, with a concentration in Executive Leadership.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Mark is a proud father of two young daughters, and they enjoy fishing together near their home in Victoria, British Columbia.
