It has been a very busy time … HIV/AIDS training in Sierra Leone, Grandpa Ellis Crockers funeral Newfoundland, Visiting friends in Nanaimo, writing a missions policy for Westside, Christmas and New Years … just that type of year end I suppose.
Some old news for friends and family: My brother Joel eloped whilst in Costa Rica, Mary, his now wife is a great fit for him. Internationally motivated (in fact they are on their way to work the relief in Pakistan in a couple of days), musical and intelligent. They are finishing their honeymooning with her parents in New York, after spending Christmas and New YEars here …
My little sister Cherie is enjoying balute in the Phillipines with YWaM this year.
I am training a number of STM teams over the next while, as well as prepping my teaching for block-week classes in Vanguard College North (Edmonton), and VC3 (Calgary).
